National Fuel Pass to be introduced today

The National Fuel Pass will be introduced today by the Power and Energy Ministry.

The new pass will guarantee allocating the weekly fuel quota.

A QR code will be allocated for each National Identity Card number (NIC), once Vehicle Chassis number and details are verified.

The National Fuel Pass will be introduced by the Power and Energy Ministry with technical support of the Institute of Communication and Information Technology. (Chaturanga Samarawickrama)
