Do they have tax files? And pay taxes?

It looks like the son definitely needs to learn how to control his anger. He should have settled this at the dinner table instead of taking it to the roads, inconveniencing citizens. It's time for insurance companies to deny claims and teach the errant son an expensive lesson. Judges involving this case should suspend the licenses of the culprit for several years.

Inland Revenue Dpt should examine if they are tax payers. As has been found out, in SL, out of 25 odd million people, only a very few tax files are there. But, when you see on the roads, restaurants and hotels it can't be the case as you see how people spend such money. The VATs unfairly targets poor people.

SON's insurance company should pay for the repairs of Father's vehicle, if a right off a new Vehicle should be purchased. Both should be investigated for evasion of tax (if any). Son should be ordered to attend a "Anger Management PROGRAM".

How can it be proved as to who is at fault? Is it delberately planned by the son to take revenge from the father or, vice versa ?
