Colombo, Oct. 15 (Daily Mirror) - Former Minister Manusha Nanayakkara was arrested by officers of the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption a short while ago.

What about the assets of JVP MPs and Ministers who were living on innocent party members' contributions (rice, fish, dhal, money to pump in fuel, shirts and trousers, etc.) but suddenly have millions worth of movable and immovable properties, where for some, even the values can't be mentioned?

Punish and imprison bribe takers and corrupt people for life, but after proper fair legal proceedings. There are many people who have worked hard, studied and built their career through dedication, commitment and honesty but never get rewarded. They are not even remembered after death. But the rogues rob money, get their children with education and good marriage. Only God can Punish them and natural justice will definitely prevail however much rituals and charity is done by the rogues and fraudsters.
