Lotus Tower to light up in respect of COVID-19 frontline workers
The Lotus Tower would be lit up this evening to pay respect to all health workers, tri-forces and police personnel, and all other support teams in the frontline in the battle against the COVID-19 pandemic, the Telecommunication Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (TRCSL) said.
They said the tower would be lit up at 6.45 p.m. today.
“The tower would be lit up with a special theme in recognizing the dedication and commitment that continues to inspire us and as well as an example to the world,” the TRCSL said. (Chaturanga Samarawickrama)
