Laugfs Gas decides otherwise on gas price

COLOMBO (Daily Mirror) - Albeit the price revision of LP gas cylinders by Litro Gas, Laugfs Gas has decided not to follow suit.
The company announced that despite the surge in gas prices in the world market, there will be no change in the retail price of its cylinders of domestic LP gas.
Accordingly, a 12.5 kg cylinder of gas can be purchased for Rs. 3,985 while a 5 kg cylinder of gas is sold at Rs. 1,595.
However, Litro Gas increased the price of its 12.5 kg cylinder of domestic LP gas by Rs. 75, a 5kg cylinder by Rs. 38 and 2.3 kg cylinder by Rs.18.
