Landslide warnings continue

The National Building Research Organization (NBRO) has issued an early landslide warning for Badulla, Galle and Matale Districts.

Residents in Haldumulla of the Badulla district and Elpitiya of the Galle district were issued an early landslide warning after heavy rains, Senior Scientists of the National Building Research Organization (NBRO) Dr. Wasantha Senadeera said. 

Nagoda and Baddegama in the Galle district, Ukuwela, Rattota, Wilgamuwa and Naula in the Matale district were also advised to be vigilant of possible landslides.
