Kelani Valley line cleared

COLOMBO (Daily Mirror) - The train services that were delayed on the Kelani Valley railway line were restored a short while ago, the Railways Department said.

They said the tree that fell on the tracks between Maradana and Baseline Road had been removed and the train service had been restored.

A tree falling on the tracks between Maradana and Baseline Road stations due to the heavy rain and winds this evening delayed the train services on this line.
