What happened to current president of court of appeal. Gone on a foreign trip, sick, resigned. He is to be appointed to supreme court. But Consitutional Council has not approved yet. Or he has taken oath as supreme court.judge without consitutional council approval. Or 19A.is repealed. No more constitutional.council.by Presidential Decree
