International cooperation is expected to improve country’s information and communication sector

PARIS (Daily MIrror) - International cooperation is expected to improve the use of educational resources and digital tools in education for the advancement of the information and communication sector in the country, Education Minister Susil Premajayantha said.

while addressing the 42nd session of the UNESCO conference held in Paris.

While acknowledging the essential contribution of UNESCO Field Offices to Member States, the minister proposes to strengthen the network of field offices.

"Special attention has been paid to creating a stress-free learning environment for schoolchildren in the country, empowering teachers to guide children towards transformative education and to stimulate digital development," the minister said.
