Chairman of the Imaduwa Pradeshiya Sabha A. V. Sarath Kumara was reported dead upon admission to hospital following an attack on his residence.

The 63-year old PS Chairman was admitted to the hospital due to a heart condition following an attack on his house last night.(Preamathilaka De Silva)
