Hangman’s rope unusable, new one to be imported

This was surpassed to have been purchased a few years back. Does it have to be made by NASA. You speak as if this is the biggest issues in the country. We know this will never take place so don't give lame excuses.

We make ropes locally to tie and constrain elephants all the time. We have the skills and materials needed locally to make ropes more stronger than for hanging. Please use a locally made rope with your specs. Rope can be tested and replaced as needed without spending $$$ outside.
