Govt. collects Rs. 25,577mn from Personal Income Tax for 1st quarter
The Inland Revenue Department has collected a tax revenue of Rs.25,577 million from the Advanced Personal Income Tax (APIT) for the first quarter of 2023.
Accordingly, the department has collected Rs 3,106 million tax in January, Rs. 10,540 million in February and Rs 11,931 million for March, the Commissioner General of Inland Revenue said.
