Gomarankadawala PS Chairman dies

Colombo, Nov. 21 (Daily Mirror) - Chairman of the Gomarankadawala Pradeshiya Sabha, Ranga Prabath Dharmadasa, has died following an illness.

The 34-year-old Chairman passed away while receiving treatment at the Gomarankadawala Divisional Hospital.

He was elected Chairman of the Gomarankadawala Pradeshiya Sabha, which is controlled by the National People’s Power, at the recent election.

The body is expected to be taken to the Trincomalee Hospital for a postmortem examination.
