Serve them with a huge fine they will be unable to pay, GRILL them until they give up the names which will help TRACE the BIG FISH, if NO information of those who used them to bring in the GOLD and JEWELLERY straight into JAIL and BAIL once they have helped trace the BIG FISH, as this maybe a way of laundering ill gotten money.
