It is crucial for intelligent individuals in our country to stay and contribute their expertise. Rather than leaving the country, they can use their intelligence to guide and uplift our nation from the challenges it currently faces, Education Minister Susil Premajayantha said.

He said this while addressing the teacher and principal felicitation ceremony held at the ministry under the chairmanship of the minister.

While recalling the responsibility of the intellectuals born as the fruit of free education to avoid the brain drain, which is a current challenge in every field of the country, the minister further said, "Intelligent people's responsibility is not to leave the country at such a moment but to stay in this country and demonstrate the skills to face the challenges successfully." the minister said. Speeches are composed to make themselves look pretty. The expectations are good yet hollow as our system is kaput with no policies to support the implementation of the expectations and the glossy talks. A similar big talk was made by G.L. at the KCM Campus opening. But have done sh*t.

You politicians ruin the country and expect the people to look up and wait? What about the high taxes you are charging? Should we just pay taxes and left with no money to meet the exorbitant cost of living? Income levels have not increased but the cost has increased by 300%. Just put that house in order before advising the people.

If you want talent to remain you have to give them the opportunity.That is not there.The opposite is the case talent is suppressed(tall poppy syndrome) talent is not given the opportunity(jealousy) and talent is not rewarded with quick promotions better pay etc.(not a productivity based society) It is a country run by politicians for politicians supported by yes men(criticism not welcome.There is also corruption everywhere,People can migrate today so talent leaves Once they realise you are serious, that it is not another speech, they will come back
