Dr. Chandika Epitakaduwa elected new GMOA president

Colombo, June 27 (Daily Mirror) - Dr. Chandika Epitakaduwa has been elected as the new President of the Government Medical Officers’ Association (GMOA) for the 2026/27 term.

The Annual General Meeting of the Association was held today (27), where Dr. Epitakaduwa was elected to the position.

Meanwhile, Dr. Bandara Warakagoda has been elected as the new General Secretary of the GMOA.

The Executive Board and Central Committee of the Association for the 2026/27 period were also elected during the meeting.
