Activist Dhaniz Ali, who was remanded for forcibly entering the Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation and disrupting the broadcast last month, was released on bail by the Colombo Chief Magistrate Nandana Amarasinghe today.

He was released on a cash bail of Rs. 25,000 with two sureties of Rs. 500,000 each by the magistrate.
