Colombo, Dec 31 (Daily Mirror) -Colombo Municipal Council (CMC) sessions were adjourned for ten minutes to discuss time management. 

The decision was taken by Mayor Vraie Cally Balthazaar following objections raised by members over the time allocated for them to speak.
