Lots of tax money lost. Should only allow high priced liquor to be sold so only the rich can buy them and pay good taxes for the economic development. These people will know their limits and it will be a Win win situation.

We locals cannot enjoy a drink unless we spend lots of money to have the drink at a tourist hotel. Why is the government discriminating us the Sri Lankans? Who comes first, us the Sri Lankans who manage hand to mouth existence or rich Sri Lankans who can afford tourist hotels

We saw in the past ardent party supporters wearing party color, fallen by the roadside clutching their free lunch parcels. They were so eager to shout slogans behind their leaders, they have no strength sit straight!
