Bellana was removed for revealing sensitive info on patients: Deputy Minister

Colombo, Dec. 19 (Daily Mirror) - National Hospital Deputy Director Dr. Rukshan Bellana was removed from his post as he had revealed sensitive information on patients and creating panic, Deputy Minister of Health Hansaka Wijemuni told Parliament today. 

He was responding to a statement by MP Dayasiri Jayasekera who said the removal of Bellana was after he had lodged a complaint with Commission for Investigation on Bribery and Corruption (CIABOC) on a scam in the health sector.
