4,000MT of fuel released daily: Minister
Power and Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekera today said an average of 4,000 MT of auto diesel and 2,500 MT of 92 octane petrol is released daily.
He said more 92 octane petrol will be released. However, a limited stock of Auto Diesel will be released until the Norochcholai coal power plant (NCPP) is restored, Minister Wijesekara said.
Furthermore, he said another 40,000 MT of Petrol and Crude Oil vessels to be unloaded Monday (8). (Chaturanga Samarawickrama)
