20 rescued from gushing waters

At least twenty people who were heading from Ampara to Anuradhapura were rescued when their bus was caught in gushing waters near Kalu Palama in Wellaweli,Batticaloa.

The victims sustained minor injuries and were brought to the Wellaweli police.
