This is called the developing process according to Mahinda cause it's gonna be 2yrs since the war is over,but still the cost of living is difficult for such people to survive.

DM can open a bank account with a website to show the money spent for. If you want I can create a website for free of charge,

Yes, there are so many poor out there in Sri Lanka. Let's help these people but somebody has to take the responsibility of book keeping, controlling etc.. Creating a website is not enough.
