Yes, totally agree. He is one of the rare bright sparky in foreign services. His brilliance was shown from the school days at Ananda.

On what criteria is he the best diplomat? I think it is too early to say so. RP be sensible in making such comments or one can judge you as a close relation/friend of his, which could be the case !
