Half tons by Lahiru Samarakoon and Dushan Hemantha helped BRC to record a 21 run win over Badureliya SC in the ongoing Major Club T20 cricket tournament played at P Sara Stadium yesterday.
The duo’s knocks saw BRC taking first lease of the wicket make a challenging 179 for 6 and Badureliya SC in their run chase was restricted to 158 for BRC to record their third win of the tournament.
Tamil Union coasted to an easy seven wicket win over Panadura SC in the match played at the NCC ground while the other two matches ended in no results.
