Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) will appoint new office bearers for 2021 on Monday January 25, MP Nalin Bandara Jayamaha said yesterday.
Mr. Jayamaha told a press conference that the party’s working Committee will meet on Monday to decide on them.
“The working Committee will also decide on holding a celebration in March this year to make the party’s first anniversary. SJB was formed in March 2020 just before nominations were called for the general election which was held in August last year. Meanwhile MP Harin Fernando said the working committee will decide on who should be appointed to the new positions created by the party’s new constitution. (YOHAN PERERA)
