One fanatic drivers stupidly results in a crash involving eight vehicles. This clearly shows that the lane rules in an Expressway has not been observed by the other drivers involved in the crash. All these guys involved in the pile up should be fined for violating the Expenses way road rules.

Selfishness and stupidity demonstrated very well. I see cars in 3 rows although there are only 2 lanes. Those drivers who use the emergency section for driving should be fined too.
