The minimum price for big onions has been increased from Rs.60 to Rs.80 to ensure a reasonable price for big-onion cultivators.
The Cabinet Paper presented by the Prime Minister in this regard was approved yesterday.

If Rs.80/- will be the maximum price per kg. of Big Onion, then what on earth are we paying Rs.160/- to 180/- per kg.? Who is making more that 100% profit?
