CIMA Sri Lanka’s highly popular member engagement event, Tour de Colombo will be held for the 3rd consecutive year on Saturday 26 November at the Race Course Grounds. The Tour de Colombo is a team based competition which tests participants’ strategizing skills and mental prowess as they take part in activities in several locations around Colombo, overcoming numerous entertaining challenges within the shortest possible time span. Team collaboration, problem solving, contingency planning, leadership and decision making will take centre stage. The event will be managed and executed by a professional event planner with a significant amount of experience in organizing such events for leading corporates and social organizations.
Whilst open to the general public, the only entry criteria set is that each team of five should carry at least one CIMA member or an exam passed finalist. Over the past 2 years, this event has seen a diverse mix of participants, compromising of friends, colleagues and family members. Exciting prizes are on offer for the top 3 teams, with the winning team being awarded air tickets to Malaysia. Lending their support to make this event a success are ANC Education, Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts, Adidas and Rebco Towers Inc.
