Four injured in clash at a lawyers’ party in Kandy

persons were reportedly injured during a clash that broke out at a party which was attended by a group of lawyers at a leading tourist hotel in Kandy last week. 

According to the police, an argument between two relatives of a lawyer who joined the party and hotel workers escalated into a confrontation. Two hotel employees were also among the injured and were admitted to the Kandy Hospital for treatment, police said. Two of the injured were in critical condition. The hotel equipment was also severely damaged in 
the clash.
