Looks like they have nothing else to concern over...

    OMG Saturday, 23 November 2013 12:45 AM

It looks no one is concerned about the effect of CHOGM on poor Sri Lankan HUMANS by way of higher food prices.

    ANTON Saturday, 23 November 2013 01:06 AM

I KNOW THE DOGGIE LANGUAGE WELL, A DOG IS THE ONLY THING IN THIS WORLD THAT LOVES YOU MORE THAN HE LOVES HIMSELF.

    John C Saturday, 23 November 2013 01:26 AM

I think she is going to feed all the dogs. What is wrong with this lady.

    Cobra Saturday, 23 November 2013 01:40 AM

The big cats at the zoo will go hungry if this inspection comes to naught!!!

    Saman Saturday, 23 November 2013 01:45 AM

These dogs need to be put down along with their fake mates.

    Abdul Saturday, 23 November 2013 02:59 AM

Is the organization is responsible to look after these animals after they are released?

GG Bush Saturday, 23 November 2013 03:19 AM

Why dont they hand over the poor animals to the Sathwa Mitra so they are the best to look after them..

    ala Saturday, 23 November 2013 03:36 AM

All the dogs are at Diyawanna oya compound.

    M Kuruparan Saturday, 23 November 2013 03:42 AM

They are worried about the street dogs.
But are they worried about what if these dogs are released to streets ?
How many fatal accidents have occurred because of these dogs ?
If they are worried about the well being, why can't they take these to their homes and look after them ?
    Will they do it ? ? ? I DON"T THINK SO . . .

    tarzan Saturday, 23 November 2013 03:43 AM

    all missing,
    like people

    RamUK Friday, 22 November 2013 04:43 PM

What a low level country Sl is...Humans are treated like animals but they are fighting for dog....what an animal instinct

    Gamarala Friday, 22 November 2013 04:59 PM

If homes could not be found and these dogs are stray dogs, then the best option is to euthanize them humanely. Why release them to the streets once again. Once and for all time the menace could be controlled.

    Gamarala Friday, 22 November 2013 05:00 PM

If the dogs are not euthanized, at least neuter all the strays so they cannot reproduce before they are released.

DOG LOVER Friday, 22 November 2013 05:22 PM

why not these laides take the dogs to their homes. please not to the streets again.

    Chugum Friday, 22 November 2013 05:27 PM

Cruelty to animals is a low thing. We saw how the CHOGM ended with some leaders not being able to face the press. I love dogs and they love me.

    Chugum Friday, 22 November 2013 05:28 PM

These are great ladies, not like the wives of cardboard leaders.

    ANTON Saturday, 23 November 2013 04:27 AM

CAN,T WE SET UP A NEW MINISTRY, MINISTRY OF DOGS AND UNDRC, UNITED NATIONS DOG RIGHT S COUNCIL

    unchikun Saturday, 23 November 2013 04:35 AM

There are a lot of cardboard leader to fight for humans. These great ladies take care of dogs. They do it because the love the dogs and for fame.

    unchikun Saturday, 23 November 2013 04:37 AM

Start with the dogs at Sri Jayawardhnapura!

    KittyLondon Saturday, 23 November 2013 11:43 AM

Does this mean that the same rule should be applied to the TWO LEGGED Animals in the country??? Like you said in your own words" once and for all time the menace could be controlled"

    I agree.

    Lal.fernando Friday, 22 November 2013 07:35 PM

Great Mahathma Gandhi once said." People of a nation can be judged, the way its animals are treated"

    It says it all.

    KittyLondon Saturday, 23 November 2013 11:50 AM

You must be a person with very low self esteem, very angry with your self, probably because you have not achieved satisfaction and goals in life. Otherwise you will never say such cruel things.

    How sad!! I pity you.

    KittyLondon Saturday, 23 November 2013 11:58 AM

How can you say they have nothing else to be concerned about when all they are concerned about is saving another life.
That's why all these ladies are there. To be the voice of another life.

Have you been concerned about saving another's life????

Life does not mean only human. I think most humans have forgotten that.

If you are a Buddhist, try and practice what you learn from it,,,

    SADA Saturday, 23 November 2013 06:27 AM

Yes , we may appoint Mr Silva ,he will look after them well
