A sensational four-day tour of Germany has just ended for the families of five policyholders of Ceylinco Life – the lucky winners of the grand prize in the life insurance leader’s ‘Family Savari 9’ mega promotion.
The group comprising of 21 prize winners and Family Savari Brand Ambassador Sanjeewani Weerasinghe were treated to an all-expenses-paid holiday, which included visits to the BMW Museum, the Zugspitze Mountain with lunch at the peak and Neuschwanstein castle and a day of shopping and sightseeing.
The visit to Germany was the climax of the 2016 edition of the Ceylinco Life Family Savari promotion, under which another 60 policyholder families had already been taken on holidays to Dubai and Singapore and 500 families had won a full-day of fun at the Leisure World theme park.
Intended to increase penetration of life insurance and to reward policyholders for keeping their policies active, the Ceylinco Life Family Savari is the largest customer promotion in Sri Lanka’s insurance industry. A total of 2,260 people won overseas holidays or a day at Leisure World from Ceylinco Life at this year’s Family Savari, taking the total number of people benefitted by the promotion to date to more than 17,000.
The Ceylinco Life Family Savari promotion has as its Brand Ambassadors the Sri Lankan actors Sriyantha Mendis, Sanjeewani Weerasinghe and Roshan Ranawana and his wife Kushlani who participate in the Savari outings and overseas tours.
