US urges transparency and due process

Most important system in a country is the legal system. Now no one will have faith and will not be able to rely on the legal system anymore. At this point Sri Lanka is turning into monarch and losing all its democratic features. Truly feel like losing my breath

As far as this government is concerned: Transparency is the new garment of the King, who in actual fact is walking naked: Due Process means what the King wants to do regardless of what the law says and Rule of Law means what the half-baked idiot ministers like Weerawansa decide. Do we need further proof to say that this country is now doomed.
