This is not correct. We are not ignorant buffoons. That is why when we think the decision of the Courts is incorrect we can appeal. Of course there is no appeal against a decision of the Supreme Court. We can only comment as Ranil has done.

what Ranil has done is to quote the the constitution and since the Supreme Court has not issued notice on the respondent up to date Gotabay could yet be remanded you can criticize a decision of the supreme quote but you cannot insult the Supreme Court

Can the judiciary override the constitution? I am not a legal expert but sometimes does not gel. However there appears a concerted campaign under way to target Ranil Wickremasinhe. Whatever he does or says is twisted and fed to the media who lap it up.
