To go from the UN in Geneva, Switzerland to Havana, Cuba is not a promotion but an insulting demotion, for a lady who put up a real intelligent fight against all countries of the UN who tried to paint Sri Lanka in a bad light. Promote her with a better position and not demote her to oblivion. What could a person such as her contribute in Cuba? Nothing. How ungrateful is this regime in Sri Lanka?
