Sajith, still you have to do a lot to our nation before you jump on to the leader's chair.
Dilan Monday, 16 August 2010 03:15 PM
First, need to have democracy in the UNP.....
minimuthu Monday, 16 August 2010 10:30 AM
Sajith Premadasa cannot shoulder his father's mistakes as you say. I am sure that era was much better than now. Soththi Upali and Mora Sunil were much better when compared with the doctor from Kelaniya. Sajith's politics are different and independent. Dont talk nonsense.
Musthafa Monday, 16 August 2010 09:11 AM
Its look like opposition to opposition= will be positive answer to goverment.
Dinesh Monday, 16 August 2010 09:09 AM
Ranil will consult Mahinda before notifying Sajith on his request for a meeting.
Far Thinker Monday, 16 August 2010 09:05 AM
LET THE RIGHT THINKING FAR SIGHTED PEOPLE DECIDE!
Sam Monday, 16 August 2010 08:30 AM
This guy is becoming a joke & destroying his fathers name! No body inherits leadership..leaders should emerge from the hard work they do!!
Leslie Dason Monday, 16 August 2010 08:18 AM
Sajith, you are politically known because of your Father. On your own you have not done anything for the UNP or the Country. Please don't drag the Party to ruins. Ranil, Karu, Tissa and others are doing what is possible under the circumstances. Support them with your advises if you have any.
Remember, if not for the UNP your Father would not have amounted to anything.
Fazil Monday, 16 August 2010 08:17 AM
Sajith, party needs a strong leadership for the democracy in the country. So you must accelerate your work for party democracy as well as the country.
PABA AND ROSY Monday, 16 August 2010 08:01 AM
Yes Sajith we are with you. Please take PABA and ROSSY also with you
malkanthi Monday, 16 August 2010 06:08 AM
Having a strong opposition in sri lanka is a dream!
Saman Monday, 16 August 2010 07:00 AM
Sajith, stop this nonsense and make your stakes to the leadership clear. Tell Ranil to step-down. Sajith, the masses want you to be the UNP leader. We dont want any delay in this. Good Luck..!!!
Ramzeel Monday, 16 August 2010 06:49 AM
Sajith must wait for his time without trying to uproot the world recongnised and accepeted leader of the UNP. Every leader has weaknesses. Compared to Lalith, Gamini, Ranil, Sajith is a schoolboy with a bib.
mohammed Monday, 16 August 2010 06:48 AM
It seems you are the one who creates internal problems within the party for the sake of your own interest. None of you are trustworthy.
Girigoris Monday, 16 August 2010 06:37 AM
The UNP needs a leader with charisma and vision.
Tharaka Chanaka Monday, 16 August 2010 06:36 AM
The opposition is now controlled by the existing regime. This is just to fool the public no doubt.
DHA Monday, 16 August 2010 06:35 AM
Get Merwyn back to your party....all your party now needs is publicity and Merwyn is the right man for the show.....!!!
malkanthi Monday, 16 August 2010 06:34 AM
If you go by this basis, none of the leaders stand fit. We need to choose the best out of the worst! Wealth cannot revoke curses already cast upon such generations!
Lion Monday, 16 August 2010 06:25 AM
If you go back to the roots of Premadasa family and also how they have got this wealth. It will start to stink every where. This man is trying to create Premadas era, where Soththi Upali,Mora Sunil who ruled the Law of this land.Dont talk nonsense, we know of your fathers policies and how he ruled the country. Pl dont drag us there. Sad part of the story is Rajapaksa too is going the samy way as premadasa. For how long? Million doller question is that.
Bakamoona Monday, 16 August 2010 06:25 AM
Good Luck Sajith.
B.B. Marasingha Monday, 16 August 2010 06:20 AM
Periodical discussions are needed to strengthen the party. Discuss disputes among you all and solve them rather than taking the 'democracy' in its broadest meaning which is applicable to a country than a political party.
Handipora Monday, 16 August 2010 06:13 AM
Sajith must change his attitude for the sake of the party. His time will come to take over the mantle. Be patient.
Gayan Samarasekara Monday, 16 August 2010 06:11 AM
What about any try for the democracy within the country? I think it is more important than any personal matters. We never hear Sajith speaking a single word against the present regime.
