Parliament extends Emergency by another month

Emergency was extended by another month by Parliament a short while ago with 95 members of parliament voting in support of the extension and 21 voting against. The Tamil National Alliance(TNA) and a few UNP members who were in parliament at the time the vote was taken voted against it. (KB & YP)
