Congratulations for the historic appointment of my name sake as Sri Lanka Naval Chief. I have been out of the country for over 20 years mainly due to the corrupt regime of Dr. N.M. Pereras secretary L.O.Silva, when I was serving the Valuation Dept. in charge of the takeover of estates and land over 50 acres. I was prevented from entering the country for 5 years. Every thing is ok now.
