Why are Cubans leaving Cuba, even swimming across to Miami- USA. Is it because Cuba is too good for them?
Rohan Friday, 15 June 2012 06:18 AM
Do they have a budget for this trip? Main reason that Sri lankan airline losing billions due to this unnecesary trips by the boss and his hundreds of henchman.

Why is everyone insulting Cuba? Cuba has always stood with Sri Lanka., why are we insulting that country who is our friend at all times. They have survived an economic embargo imposed by the US for over 50 years. We should admire that country for its resilience and standing for what is right in this world. A Cuban can go any place in the world safely, but one cannot say the same of any American.

I think its because the colombians are better educated and can understand geopolitics and things like balnace of payments better than the uneducated lot. So its frustrating when the govt makes blunder after blunder.

I can not understand the Sri Lankan foreign policy.....trying to show that they are anti American and anit west and at the same time go and kneel down in front of the west to get foreign aid ....????? at least if he can get free BTI from Cuba to cover the unnecessary expenditure of the trip ..!!!

It seems the Colombians and the detractors are still smarting and fuming for their inability to change the regime, and that is manifested by their comments !! Amusing indeed.

Why not he do a Round the world tour at once as this would be less costly than these separate tours from time to time.

Good move. The first country to stand up to American imperialism and unethical actions...and still standing strong. Growing a backbone is the first move towards being at least human.
