Former President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunge commenting on her successor Mahinda Rajapaksa’s speech at Medamulana today said he could say anything he wished because he was not the party leader.She expressed these views to journalists who were outside the Minuwangoda Hospital which was inspected by her. When asked if she would contest the general election, she said it was not the ideal place to comment on the issue. (Tony Karunaratne and Ajith Madurapperuma)

CBK did a lot for the nation, specially Educational Prosperity... but MR , showing the developments by huge loans on high interest. Only his family prospered not the country.
