A group of Sri Lankan Tamils protested outside a London venue where India’s Congress President Sonia Gandhi delivered a lecture on Thursday. Protestors shouted anti-India slogans and demanded that New Delhi take swift action to protect the interests of Sri Lankan Tamils.
Mrs. Gandhi was in London to deliver the 14th Commonwealth Lecture on the subject ‘Women as Agents of Change’. (sify.com)
