Local recruit of SL mission in Russia killed

A local recruit attached to the Sri Lankan Mission in Russia was killed on the spot today when a truck ran over him, the External Affairs Ministry said.

The Ministry is in touch with the mission in Russia to obtain more information on the incident. (LSP)

Sympathies! No wonder the deceased was a Sri Lankan, he may have thought he was walking in Lankan roads and got knocked down by a heavy vehicle.
