What are the exact charges against him and which of them he pleaded guilty for?Is this the correct person or an impersonator?

Known party Saturday, 30 October 2010 06:01 PM

@Legglancer, Wait and see! You will called in too.

Moratu Puthek Friday, 29 October 2010 08:49 AM

He had pleaded guilty only for 12 out of 20 charges.
Public should know what he has pleaded guilty for and what he has not .
This is where the point is .

    Fayad Friday, 29 October 2010 08:12 AM

What going to happen for First accused & danuna??????????????

    Janaka Friday, 29 October 2010 08:15 AM

Ha -ha he has cut a deal--- GEN SF will look bad in the eye of the public & then Wellington Dehoedt would get a pardon from the President for achieving that!!

    Ranjit Friday, 29 October 2010 08:17 AM

Will he get the presidential pardon for corporation?

Afker Hussain Friday, 29 October 2010 08:36 AM

wow speedy justice.... I wish the same can be applied to other cases where high profile politicians and business are involved.

    Mohamed Friday, 29 October 2010 08:43 AM

Now Dehoedt will be brain washed to say that he will be given a Presidential Pardon if he co-operates with the Govt and say that SF is involved in the Hicorp arms deal.

    SHAH Friday, 29 October 2010 08:44 AM

This was expected. He would have pleaded so as to survive.
Better be alive in jail than to be dead outside

I wish this happened in Duminda Silva's cases without intimidating the complainants into withdrawing the complaints!
    The accused goes Scot-free!!

    ind Friday, 29 October 2010 09:39 AM

When the court case started, the people who claim that there's fraud in this deal, didn't appear in the court. Only GR was there. Why didn't come to prove that ??

    malkanthi Friday, 29 October 2010 09:44 AM

Well said Nimal, but soon it will be 'No ONE can escape INJUSTICE'.
