Deaths after vaccination; not due to effects of vaccine

The probe and the postmortem conducted into the two deaths that were reported following COVISHIELD vaccination, have revealed that the cause for deaths was not attributed to the vaccine and it had no links to it, Deputy Director General of Health Services Dr. Hemantha Herath said.

He told media that the Epidemiology Unit had taken pertinent steps to carry out investigation into the said deaths, reported in the Gampaha District.

“It has been concluded that the deaths have occurred not due to any effect of the vaccine,” Dr. Herath said.

The two men from Gampaha died on Wednesday (03) two days after vaccination.

Dr. Herath also urged people not to create unnecessary congestion and queueing up at vaccination centres but to use their common sense. (Sheain Fernandopulle)

Even if it is related to the vaccine how do you know for sure. A very low number of people may have adverse reactions. But overall , vast majority have done better.

of course, people die of bloodpoison, diabetis, cancer, whatever but they are positive, it is a covid death, here, nobodh know but of course not vaccine related!!!

A Death after a vaccine is of concern for it tell us that people with pre vaccine medical conditions should be warned about side effects and refrain, be safe in isolation may be . .But when people jump the queue with an attitude of being privileged ..they forget how vulnerable they could be ..after all this vac is new and much more study has to be done says the scientist ..so please take care.

Guys , all these vaccines are still at experimental stage. So you take your chances. Do you want to get corona and die now or do you want to take the vaccine and take your chances. Either way you will die some day. The question is when do you want to die , now or later.
