The green party’s actor-turned politico created a sensation among the Muslim community here and abroad by posting an emotive, but hard-hitting comment on his Facebook page a few days after the Easter Sunday suicide bomb attacks.

While posing the question to the Muslims how they could cause such a calamity to a section with whom they had been living so closely together he had added that at least one lakh of Muslims could have been (directly and indirectly) involved in the attacks. The comment that had gone viral worldwide had drawn strong protests from all parts of the world.  Some Muslim religious dignitaries too had registered their protests with the green party leadership.

The Green leader who had gone livid on hearing about the angry reaction to the Facebook comment had sent for the politico and given him an earful, they say.
