The Colombo High Court today fixed the decision on granting bail on Sarath Fonseka’s secretary, Senaka de Silva who is in remand for harbouring Army personnel, for December 13.
The Attorney General opposed the bail in the case in which former Army Commander and DNA leader, Parliamentarian Sarath Fonseka and Senaka are charged for making a group of army personnel disloyal to the state. (SRF)
