Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) candidate Sarath Weerasekara has topped the preferential votes in Colombo District with 328,092 votes while second highest votes secured by Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) candidate Sajith Premadasa with 305,744.
