Definitely a new start with a new style of Presidency. We can expect a continuation of the excellent work done by this man. He is an "action and no talk" man while others are just "talk only" men. Who can trust?

Jude my friend it is not a new era it will be the continuation of the old era if the president comes from either UNP or Pohottuwa.

What new era... all crooks... same old shit with new smell. In addition, this foolish citizenry will again vote for these same fellows to come to power and further damage this country.

This is good for the country to get a leader who is strong and sound to lift the spirits and also fear of terror since 2015 which Yahapalanaya screwed. Gota is the man. However election commissioner we are still watching what happened to PC Elections and you will have to take stern action for not holding it over 1 year which violated the democracy of all sri lankans
