The Examinations Department today released the cut-off marks for the enrolment of students into Grade six next year, based on the Grade 5 Scholarship Examination held on October 11, 2020.
The results could be obtained from www.doenets.lk or www.results.exams.gov.lk.
Also, the students are requested to enter their correct examination number to obtain the results.
A total of 331, 741 candidates had applied for the examination and 326, 264 had faced the examination.
Cut-off marks according to the district basis for Sinhala medium students are as follows:
169 - Colombo, Gampaha, Kalutara, Kandy, Matale, Galle, Matara, Kurunegala, Kegalle
165- Ratnapura,
164 - Hambantota,
163 – Puttalam, Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, Badulla,
162 - Monaragala, Ampara,
161- Trincomalee, Nuwara Eliya,
157 – Vavunia, Mulative.
Cut-off marks according to the district basis for Tamil medium students are as follows:
162 - Colombo, Gampaha, Kalutara, Kandy, Matale, Galle, Matara, Kurunegala, Kegalle
160 – Hambantota, Jaffna, Killinochchi, Vavunia, Mulative, Batticoloa, Ampara
159 – Polonnaruwa, Badulla, Trincomalee
158 – Nuwara Eliya, Mannar, Anuradhapura, Ratnapura
157 – Puttalam
155 – Moneragala (Chaturanga Samarawickrama)
