A teenaged boy has been arrested over charges of abusing three underage boys in Nelundeniya, Dedigama, police spokesman Priyashantha Jayakody said.

The suspect is said to be a 15 year old boy and the arrest was made following a complaint lodged by the National Child Protection Authority.

According to the police the three victims are aged 8, 9 and 10 and were abused while playing with the suspect. Police say the teenaged suspect was not schooling.

The suspect is to be produced in Court. (Daily Mirror online)

100 % its the bad influence of the Cell Phones and the Television and films. These things are capable of corrupting even the elders. The other factor is the failure of the religious leaders to inculcate good habits and failure of the leaders to get the teenagers rallying around the places of worship.

Abuse can be physical and verbal, but both are happening in our country in a mega way! this is not unusual to highlight.
